How we treat your information.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the name and email address you provide, plus any message you choose to include. When you contact us through the contact form, we collect the same.

We do not collect this information by any other means on this site.

Form submissions are sent to brendan@illuminatedpathacademy.org through Resend. Brendan reads them and replies personally.

We use your contact information only to communicate with you about IPIA. We do not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not share or sell your information.

When you make a gift, you are handed to Stripe to enter your payment details. Your card number never reaches this site and we never see it or store it.

Stripe passes back your name, email, billing address, and the amount so we can thank you and keep proper records of the gift. Stripe sets its own cookies on its own checkout pages and processes your data under its privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

If you make a gift, we set a single cookie so that coming back to the giving page shows your gift instead of an empty form. It holds a reference to your Stripe customer record and nothing else. It is signed so it cannot be altered, it is not readable by scripts, and it expires after six months. Clearing it costs you nothing, you would just look your gift up by email instead.

Beyond that, this site sets no cookies for advertising, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking, and we do not use behavioral analytics.

If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, this section will be updated to disclose exactly what it does.

Email brendan@illuminatedpathacademy.org with any questions about this policy or your information. If you would like us to delete your data, ask and we will. Records of a completed gift are kept where charity and tax rules require it.
